WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
An order can be shipped within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions may apply).
International shipping is available for most international orders. All orders are shipped out of California, therefore different shipping rates will apply to your region. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please contact us at email@example.com to ensure an order and shipment is available to your specific region.
All qualifying headwear will be shipped as Priority Mail and will arrive in a SAUCER or ALIEN SPEED box respectively. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 days. Shipping speed may vary depending on your location.
WHEN SHOULD I BE EXPECTING MY ORDER?
When your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information specifying the estimated delivery time. Your order may take up to 3 weeks from when your order is initially placed to arrive. If more than than 3 weeks have passed and you have not yet received your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International orders may take longer to process and delivery time may exceed 2 weeks due to custom procedures in your region.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. All orders will have tracking information and the customer is expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery updates. SAUCER, LLC is not responsible for any loss or stolen packages.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Your shipping address may only be changed if you have not yet received a shipping notification.
We cannot change a shipping address once your order has shipped.
To cancel or change an order, you must notify us at email@example.com within 3 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, your order cannot be canceled.
